You can come along and view the static displays anytime the library is open.
Volunteers will be on site at the following times:

- Tuesdays 3pm – 5pm
- Fridays 11am – 1pm
- Sundays 2pm – 4pm

Fifth Saturday Smart Living Market
A new market in Central Square Ballarat, between the Central Square building and the council offices in the Phoenix building – the part where Armstrong street narrows into a shared car/pedestrian zone.
The market will operate from 9 am to 1 pm, with over 30 stalls, music and children’s entertainment.
We will run Fifth Saturday markets at Central Square in each of the months of 2016 that have a Fifth Saturday.
